Most crafts can be personalized, perhaps for a special birthday or anniversary. I have been making hand made crafts now for approximately 7 years first in the UK as fun evenings with a friend, and now I am based in Spain, enjoying Craft Fairs, Parties and of course making special commissions. I use a technique called "Segmentation" for some of the crafts I make. This involves all the pieces of the pattern being cut separately, shaped, sanded and painted, when all this is complete the design is fitted back together, just like a jigsaw puzzle, then glued into position on a backing board. This technique is very time consuming, however, the finished effect is worth the time spent. You will find a selection of pictures of my craftwork in the Picture Galleries.
